Get a key in seconds. Ship a live site on Free. Upgrade to Pro or Scale when you want more projects, video, and custom domains — manage payments in the dashboard (tell your agent to open dashboard), or let an agent pay via MPP.
Each paid plan includes a large pool of sites, deploys, checks, forms, and domains. Use what you need inside that pool. On Pro and Scale, only usage past those included amounts is billed as overage. Free never charges extra — hitting a cap just waits until next month or an upgrade.

MPP (agents)
Same monthly subscription via Machine Payments Protocol: POST https://api.novence.ai/v1/billing/mpp. Returns HTTP 402, then settle with a Payment credential (e.g. link-cli). First month charged via SPT; renews until cancelled.
30-day trial, then Free
Bootstrap returns an API key immediately so you can deploy. Until you confirm the emailed OTP, you're on a trial — not the Free plan. Verify once to unlock Free. Unverified accounts are deleted after 30 days.

When Pro and Scale pay off
One Pro subscription hosts twenty live pitches — or a handful of clients with a few style variants each. Scale is 125 projects when the pipeline is full. Video, domains, and form volume are already in the plan; you set your own client price. Playbook: /examples.
Pricing FAQ
Is the unverified account a trial?
Yes. Bootstrap issues a key immediately so you can ship, but unverified is a 30-day trial — not Free. Caps are tight (1 project, 50 MB, 3 deploys, no checks/domains/forms/video). Confirm the email OTP to unlock Free. Unverified accounts are deleted after 30 days.
What happens when I hit a Free quota?
Free has hard caps and never bills extra. Requests that would exceed a quota return HTTP 402 until the month resets or you upgrade to Pro or Scale.
How do Pro and Scale overages work?
You use the included pool first. Only usage past those caps is metered on the next Stripe invoice: storage $0.05/GB-month, bandwidth $0.08/GB, deploys $0.05, check minutes $0.04, form submissions $0.005, custom domains $1/domain-month.
Can an agent upgrade without a browser?
Yes via MPP (Machine Payments Protocol). POST /v1/billing/mpp returns HTTP 402 with a Payment challenge; the agent settles with a Stripe SPT. Same Pro or Scale subscription as Checkout.
Can I add teammates on Free?
No. Extra team seats are Pro (5 per project) and Scale (20 per project). Free stays owner-only. Invites return HTTP 402 until the project owner upgrades. Collaborators get their own nv_ keys — never share the owner's key.
Is site analytics extra?
No. Cookieless pageviews, 404s, top paths, referrers, and countries are included on Free, Pro, and Scale. No JS, no cookies, 90-day retention. See /analytics.
Why do agencies pick Pro or Scale?
Pro’s 20 projects cover a full pitch pipeline (or a few clients with style variants). Scale’s 125 is for a busy studio. Video, domains, and form volume are included — see /examples and /for-agencies.
