Agency FAQ
Does Novence bill my end clients?
No. You bill clients on your own invoice or Stripe. Novence bills your account for hosting quotas (Free/Pro/Scale). Keep those separate.
Why Pro or Scale for agencies?
Free is one project and one live URL. Pro includes 20 projects, Scale 125, plus per-deploy preview aliases and rollback of the last 5 deploys — enough for multiple clients and style variants without burning a project per mockup.
Can pitch sites collect leads before the client buys?
Yes. Attach Novence Forms on each preview project so contact submissions email the agency while the site is still on *.novence.ai. Bookings and checkout: embed Cal.com, Snipcart, or Stripe Payment Links in the HTML. Menus and hours: ship /data/*.json. See /site-data.
